If you choose to specify a particular site this may be done in the comment section of your reservation form. Availability dates are for sites in that category only, not specific sites. Confirmations for reservations made will specify sites requested, or alternatives suggested.

PRICES:

• Rustic Cabin:(includes 2 persons minimum) $50/night * Additional child under 10 y/o $10/night. Additional person over 10 y/o $25/night . *Request queen or twin beds on form.
• RV Campsite:(includes 2 persons minimum) $35 /RIG /NIGHT* Extra people(over 2 y/o) in campsite: $5/person/night*
• Tent site: $12.50/person/night (over 2 y/o)  Group tent site rate: (over 4 persons)$10/person/night (Large groups over 20: Make inquiry for increased discount)
• Corraled RV site:(includes 1 horse, 2 persons minimum)$55/night (forms allow for number of horses to be added for increased pricing) Note:Horses must be kept in either a stall or corral at night, NO tie-lines or personal corrals allowed.) Charges include horses (see form...horses are called 'persons' @ $20/night ea)
• Stalls / $25**/night (plus 1 bag of shavings for exchange per stall/visit)* 
• Parking (for off site or cabin guest trailers) $10/trailer/night* charges based on availability(place request for parking in comment section of stall or cabin reservation form)

   REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

A credit card is required to convert pending reservation into a confirmed reservation. Pending reservations do not hold a site. Non refundable check/cash deposits are required for groups reserving three sites or more. CASH is required for total amount of payment upon arrival (no checks accepted) *

100% of charges, including a registration fee of $10 will be charged to card if reservations are not cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, or in the event of a "no show".

Immediately upon completing your on-line registration, please call 828.885.8287 and leave your credit card information(name and exp date) on secure system. Pending reservations without cc info are not processed. Confirmations will be sent only after cc info is confirmed.
